When Panarin carried that puck into the corner Lohrei had perfect position to rub him out and choose to one hand slap at the puck while jumping to the wrong side of the puck battles area .If he missed that Panarin had nobody between him and the net.Real teaching moment to show him the tape.
Take the body kid .

Really not the right time for this take .He had the puck and position Lindgren 100% in the wrong .Lucky he never caught his face on dasher
I absolutely agree that Lindgren was 100% in the wrong, but I also strongly believe that Poitras still has extensive work to do on how he uses his body to defend.

I will however say he made an amazing play to Pasta for that second goal, good to see he isn’t intimidated.

A player should be able to use the boards to make plays without the fears of being driven headfirst into them. Should have been at least 4

Yup. Lindgren should have been given a major & tossed out IMO but Poitras once again was down low. Reminds me of Ondrej Kase when he does that.

Potsy had position. He is not a big guy and had to look down to take the puck. Lindgren was 100% in the wrong Posty did nothing wrong there. What do you want him to do turn sideways

I am not disagreeing at all, but in my opinion Poitras style of play (extensively hinged forward at the waist, leading with the bucket) is a hard habit to break and will cause him harm at the NHL level if he doesn’t work on correcting it.

Yep..and he's not the only one

The Bruins probably have the biggest non-hitting defensemen in the league
It's almost like they get zero coaching. Look at the tapes because it happens every game multiple times. Its why the other team gets the tick tack toe stuff so much. They are able to get into the play to easily.
