The team just doesn't fold or quit the way they would in prior seasons.

Come back in the game, lose the lead, keep plugging away.
We had the 1st goal of the game stolen from us, then fought back after going down 1.

Then yep, give up the lead and just keep playing. We dominated from the 2nd period on.

Props to Forsberg again too.

Only 2 GA and .926%

He has stepped up.

If we manage to get the PP up to 30% ish
We might do some damage
The PP needs more movement and some innovative adjustments. We need to attack the net like Kucherov does for Tampa. We also need to start shooting when we have the puck in front of the net, even at the blueline, rather than passing it to the outside too much. It was/is too predictable.

Pinto with 11 points in the past 12 games, great production from a third line centre.
I always think the biggest tell of a great player is when they can play with anyone and that’s Pinto. Literally has chemistry with everyone on the roster

It was a sleepy first period. The Nashville goal early in the 2nd seemed to wake the Sens beast. Their intensity ramped up after that. The usual suspects were flying again tonight: Brady, Bath, Stutzle, Pinto, Sandy H.M. to Giroux.

Have to give some credit to Perron and Amadio. There were times where they looked good, making things happen. There were also times where they both made me want to throw my remote at the TV screen.

Forsberg was not at fault for either Preds goal. He was pretty decent tonight.

The Preds announcers were gushing about Ottawa's evolution into a physical, defensively tough, exciting young team.
