Over the years, I've kinda made the argument that the captain doesn't need to be your best player. But Trouba is really on the fringe, because at times (most times if you ask @Machinehead) he's just a f***ing liability out there. And if you can't lead on the ice, you can't lead at all. You don't have to be the best, but you need to play in a way where the team looks up to you. And Trouba can do it at times with his physical play. But most of the time its just a mess...
