NO, I get the feeling Boston is going to pot a few simply because we'll be rolling the fourth line and Ehrhoff to keep people fresh.

I feel you. Hard to not be skeptical based on what we've seen lately. But I'm trying really hard to just enjoy it since they've pushed the pedal hard since about halfway through the first.
 
This game seems to be happening in slow motion. Between the posts by the Bruins, however many goals the Kings have by bouncing the puck off the goalie, and the shot totals, this is the oddest game of the season.
 
The bounces have gone the Kings way tonight but they've given up a ton of great chances to Boston. Let's see if they can tighten that up.

Especially considering the start there. Was not guessing this would happen.

Wish we could spread it out a little though. Seems like we have either had no production, or everyone gets a goal. Wish we could bank some of these towards another game.
 
FWIW Ehrhoff has only played 6 minutes so maybe Sutter saw the same garbage we did. DOughty already at 20, everyone else roughly equal...expect to see more of a minute share in the third I think.

Seids had a major injury just after signing an extension in 2013 and hasn't looked himself since. He's a master of tipping in harmless shots behind his own goalie and has been meh in most aspects of the game. Losing Boychuk hurt. Hamilton actually wasn't very good defensively last year (or to start this season), but obviously would've helped this D, and Clode insists on giving Kevan Miller a billion minutes of ice time over young d-men who are 1000 times more effective offensively and couldn't possibly be worse defensively, even if they got as many minutes as Kevan is getting.

Krug is good, albeit ice cold offensively at the moment, and Colin Miller has shown some promise, so there's that... We have great defensive forwards, but that doesn't help when the d-men make unforced errors that Bergeron's and Kopitar's love child couldn't foresee or prevent.

I cannot remember our last big blowout like this. It's so strange, complete opposite feeling of NOTHING IS GOING IN ARHHGAHGHD:FHAD:HF
