What I don't understand about our PP is that our point guys will regularly get deep into the zone or into the slot with an opportunity to shoot and pass back to the other point. It makes no sense.

What i dont get about the pp is that we have 0 set plays, so what are we waiting around trying to set up? If we dont have any set plays, just shoot the puck all the time instead

Richards has hands of stone, actually worse but I don't know what else to call it.

But he does so many other things that don't show up on the score sheet and is just waiting to flip the switch when the playoffs start.

Watching Cogliano leave everything on the ice on the PK and forecheck reminds me of the way Richards played during his prime in Philadelphia.

They do have a set play, unfortunately it's just pass the puck around until it gets to a defenseman who then waits several seconds before taking a slap shot this is either WAY wide or blocked.
