Had to wait until I was a little older to go to Fenway due to the trough urinal situation. Dads weren’t going into women’s rooms with their daughters in the early 80s
My dad waited to take me to a Celtics game until my aunt bought in to the season ticket group for this very reason. I don’t think I went to Fenway until I was 8 or 9.

I hope we don't get buffaloed in Buffalo...

Missed the first 15 minutes or so. Just settling into the couch with mini tacos, hash browns, and carrots. Because why the hell not?

Hoping for a better effort going forward.

those don't protect ears though do they? I thought they worked by actually piping in more noise that just happens to be at opposite frequencies of the exterior noise

Depends on the type. The active ones do what you mentioned, in which case not so much. But if they are passive and their job is purely to muffle sound, then yes they do, at least to a point.

Will never blame a goalie for missing a shot from the low-middle slot, especially against a quality player like Thompson. All they can do is guess and hope for the best.

That one's purely on the D IMO for letting Tage walk right down Main St.
It was the change, Thompson was the 4th Sabre in the zone with Callahan, Poitras and other B's dman spread out and B's two other players just off bench two strides behind Thompson.

Think after all this time Nesn would realize that the same car commercial causes the nesn360 app to freeze causing a need to restart. Doesn’t happen all the time, but when it does that commercial is usually the one

more on the forwards not supporting the D

Yes, fair point. Bruins got caught on a weirdly-timed change. Pasta and Geekie were gassed and headed to the bench which allowed Thompson to come off the Sabres' bench straight into a massive hole at center ice, before Coyle and Marchy come skate on and fill the gap. Just poor execution there.

Yep, right you are. Just posted the same!

Bruins are about 5 forwards away from being a good hockey team
Shawn Hutchinson was floating the idea around that the Bruins should move Lohrei back up to forward, saying he thinks he would really excel. I like the way he’s coming around and don’t really want to mess with it, but wouldn’t be against it. Loads of skill.

I think that would be the easy and low reward road to take. Skilled forwards are comparatively common, whereas defenders with genuine offensive talent who are also capable in their own end are much rarer. Mason has work to do at both ends - offensively more in terms of confidence, on D in regards to his positioning, reads, ability to use his body etc. - but I think there is a much higher upside in persevering with him as a true two-way defender.
