Blew the Penguins out 6-1 and Brassard, Clowe and John Moore all scored in their first games as Rangers.

Clowe scored 2 in that game despite having 0 goals on the season when we acquired him.

I watched it live (from Germany) , I will never forget the first shift. Clowe started with couple of huge hits, pretty much charged someone on the boards, almost destroyed the rink at MSG.

That was so awesome, unfortunately it fizzled quickly though.

literally forgot Ryan Clowe was a Ranger, for those who want 10 minutes of good vibes. found the full game below.

(Don't post very often not sure how to Embed)

Also lol at Fleury getting pissed

wish Kraken weren't on a losing streak.
Can't be as sloppy as vs Canucks

glad we'll have our best available 4th line,

the 3 guys on Wednesday like never had the puck,
now one is in MO, one in CT, and one in the press box, verging on re-waiving

I think there is a very real chance that Igor goes back to back. He did it earlier this year October 29 and 30. 2 wins.

Gallant comments postgame on October 30: “Great,” Gallant said of what he saw from Shesterkin on the second consecutive night. “Might do it again someday.”
He's played 1 game in 2 weeks so it's very possible.

Seems pretty obvious Kravstov is being showcased for a trade

No other reason Gallant just randomly puts him back on the second line

I read it as one final trial run to see if we can keep Goodrow or Vesey on the 4th line going into the postseason.

But your theory could certainly be part of it too.

The reason why HFboards loves this lineup is because no one appears to be playing in roles over their head. That said you can obviously get scoring from top 9 lines that include 2 skill players and a grinder, so it isn't the end of the world if it doesn't work.

We should be calling Chicago about Blackwell for 4C so GG can have an existential crisis about who to put in the top 9.

maybe not, he's in the right spot for his upside,
obvi Bread and Kid line are as expected
and Goody/Vesey/Gauth is the best 4th line with today's roster

Of *a* roster I'm afraid

Well he's here until he's not. I think the team would prefer he breaks out and at the very least builds up some value if a trade is indeed inevitable. You're unlikely to add a player of his skill level at the deadline for less than $1m. So the best case scenario for everyone is that he finds a groove and starts playing well.
