I have always been curious why Hornqvist has never been tried on LW. It's not like he's going to be coming down the wing and taking guys wide very often. He can crash and bang from either side.

He has been before and it’s not good.

I suspect because of the transition offense. Rust isn't add good on the LW defensively, but he's good in transition offense on the left side too. Horny, I suspect, would kill transition offense on the left side (would be Iginla like on the LW in that respect).

I think THIS iteration of the team would work best doing most of their work on the pp below the goal line.

I think that was the Achilles and Dumoulin is ankle tendons. Presumably different tendons.
