gonna repeat here that if Laviolette doesn't use Miller as the #1 he needs to be immediately fired.

You don't waste assets acquiring Miller and then pretend he isn't your best center. I dont' give a shit what sob story Zibanejad is telling people now or what his thoughts on his performance are he f***in' blows and needs his icetime cut

in fact I'm gonna keep ranting and raving

seasons more than half over and the rangers are out of a playoff spot. Zibanejad's play has been a huge reason why they're in this position. The time to let him play through it is long past. It does not matter how liked he is in the locker room or what kind of respect people think he should be given by the organization for whatever unclear reasons, he's torpedoing the teams entire season and prompted the GM to trade for someone just because of how awful his play has been.

There's no rationalizing or excusing it. If Zibanejad is upset at getting his icetime cut then he needs to stop shying away from contact and making soft plays all over the ice and start putting the puck in the net. The time is now, not tomorrow, not next week, not next month. If Miller needs to scream at him to get his shit together then fine, cuz right now his play this entire year (not this stretch!) would get any non veteran benched or demoted to the AHL.

Hes our top faceoff guy, atleast he's doing that and I dont disagree really, personally I think it should be panarin on left wall, Miller bumper, laf right wall, kreider net front and fox.

Miller is also a good faceoff guy. Tro is your prototypical 2nd unit guy at best.
