Apparently about 30 of Horton's friends and family are headed down from Dunnville, ON on a party bus for tonight's game. they are live-tweeting the event and let's just say they will be well-oiled for the game tonight. Should be a fun one in the stands. Over/under on ejections?

Will a drunk Sabre fan try to pick a fight with a six year old tonight? Time will tell, stay tuned...

I doubt they have much of a following this year. But that whole ordeal is bizarre...they must have just sent their nut jobs down here because we went to game last week in Buffalo and had no issues or notice any drunks or stupidity or vulgar actions.

Probably the more, shall we say, rabid fans drive down here for the games. I would say that the trouble makers are staying over-night in a local hotel, so they get very well liquored up at local establishments before the game since they will not be driving home. Or, they have come down on a party bus. My experience over the years with the jerk Sabres fans is that most are very drunk and probably would be more well behaved were they sober.

Sounds like no Savard in the morning skate today and they just sent down Prout to Springfield.

Maintenance morning or emergency call up coming this afternoon?

@BlueJacketsNHL: According to Todd Richards, @CodyGoloubef27 will be recalled from @TheFalconsAHL today. #CBJ

Savard is a game time decision due to Illness what I just read on twitter.

Too bad about the snow. This'll keep lots of people away.

Supposedly, they are saying it's supposed to ease up around 1 or so... hopefully enough time for road crews to clean up some to get everyone to and from the arena. Then round 2 starting over night to make my morning travels a delight... :shakehead

Just read they shutdown a stretch of I-70 through Licking County around Route 37 and 310... lots of accidents in there, cars in ditches, really icy. So if you're coming to Columbus from that side of town, safe travels and leave early!

Young too... I've seen some of them at NWA in past years, very rude... but there were also older fans who were not. It's very different in FNC, your assessment is accurate.. To some degree this kind of thing happens in many arenas; the Flyer, Pitt, Boston, NYR and more can get wild at times.. Since the Sabres are so bad I doubt there will be many chest beating Sabre fans tonight.

The CBJ should win this one but has I've said before Ted Nolan will have the Sabres ready, they would get much pleasure knocking off the streaking Blue Jackets, a team they historically struggle with..

The Jackets will need to be prepared...

I agree, this is a game where we need to take the other team seriously, and play our game.

Also, Miller will be in net, a good test for our offense.

Hope you win - Good Luck!

that's awesome...will def cheer extra hard for that then...

Will be cheering for you for the 1,000 bobcat!

They also need to get that $1000 for Bobcat!

Thanks! Someone won Tuesday at LA game when Horton scored off Anisimov pass with 16 seconds left in 2nd...so what's the chance of twice in one week?

They did give me 4 tickets though...so taking my dad and mom for dad's 76th birthday. Wife may not make it back from Marietta though in time to get to the game.

It's the Walgreens contest BTW...text "Walgreens" to 90561 to register.

Do we know if they're Sabres fans? Coming down to cheer on Horton and the CBJ?

I drove to work at 0545 this morning and the roads were horrid. Thank God it was Saturday. I come from around Johnstown, and there was more snow north of Columbus, as usual. Drifting was a real problem. Drifting wasn't as big an issue once I got inside city limits.

It is supposed to stop some time this afternoon so hopefully they have a handle on the roads later on, before game time.

Jackets better take these guys seriously. We snuck up on a lot of teams when we were terrible, so let's not let that happen to us.
