Sportsnet kept mentioning how this was not how this game was supposed to look. I know they were a bunch of disappointed Canucks fans, but I agree with them. The intensity and execution wasn't there tonight and the Bruins took advantage.

Love seeing Ullmark with the shutout. Love the shawties. Love how control the Bruins were in for the majority of the game. Happy that Myers wasn't hurt. Love that Coyle continues his point streak. Nothing at all to complain about as a Bruins fan.

But I expect the rematch to look a lot different.

Sooo, it appears that there’s some sort of correlation between playing physical and feisty and playing well. Somebody wanna track this and see if it constitutes a trend?
Well apparently this team is super soft, but they have also been a top team all year, so if anything the trend is good teams win games and there are multiple styles that can be successful.

How many years were the Bruins tougher than the Habs and still got smoked in the playoffs? It's like rock, paper, scissors. Certain styles work well against others, the best teams are balanced, IMO.
