So you’re saying in a rebuild, you wouldn’t trade a pending UFA and just risk losing him for nothing? If they can hammer out a deal that makes sense then sure but I feel like it just doesn’t make sense if the Bruins aren’t going to be a competitive team for a few years.

A 26 year RFA old scoring winger connecting with Pasta is a good thing. I believe the bruins can still compete. Add in your top 2 defenders, 2 hot goalies, Koepke/Kast, and additional scoring winger the Bruins can do some damage.

There’s legit nothing worse than getting belted in the teeth. The worst feeling ever other than being hit in the nuts.

I got hit in the pills in grade 9 with those orange street hockey balls and I still taste copper when I think of it. Holy f***.

I don’t see it. I think they just miss the playoffs this year. The real problem is they don’t have a lot of guys that are even close to making the jump to the NHL. Their prospect pool is almost non existent. If they fail this year, then what? They aren’t going to necessarily have a lot of cap room to do anything next season.
