At some point management has to admit that either they have significantly over-rated their players or there is a significant chemistry attitude problem. Either way, you cannot ignore this crap and continue to preach endless patience. Nobody is suggesting ridiculous panicked "trade everybody" mentality, but nor it is appropriate or acceptable to sit on this shit forever expecting different results.
