There are few players in the league outside of Detroit who I admire, but I am always impressed with Adrian Kempe. Man do I wish we had that guy.

Boy Compher really got f***ed up on that interference penalty, yeah, the one they almost weren't gonna call. So no callups? I'm glad McClellan rides the hot hand in goal. Lalonde kept swapping goalies too much so they were always out of sync. I get you wanna limit starts and not tire out your goalies but he was just excessive.

Does anybody think we have a coaching advantage since it was just last year McClellan was let go by the Kings? I mean he was there for a number of seasons and he must know most of the guys still.

Someone in the main board thread about Kucherov's cheapshot said the DoPS was looking at the hit on Compher for possible further discipline, but apparently not?

Elmer has been playing pretty good to start the game, he has been covering the pinches real good and keeping shifts shorter, I see the several of Kings are already a little lookie over the should and a little slower to chase loose pucks if he is in the area, he has had a couple of light hits so far Man what a reach on the kid though...
