The fact that RT is going back to Kuemper is proof that the guy needs to be canned.
Darcy sucked the last game. He's sucked in a few of the games since he's come back. Hill played well and is more likely to be with the Coyotes in two to three years than Kuemper is. Hill helped the Coyotes win some crucial games. The fact that Hill isn't starting is just mind blowing.
I'm afraid we won't have Hill long term either as I expect him to be taken in the Expansion Draft
I agree Kuemper struggled the last game, but he had a shut out the previous game. I would go with the trusted vet in these situations. The fact that RT is going back to Kuemper is proof that the guy needs to be canned.

First time looking at the standings in a while. I was ready to say something like, "we have a really easy schedule so I think our chances are good" but STL has 3 games in hand and we only have 7 left to play. If we go 6-1 the rest of the way (doubtful even with the easy schedule), we finish 3 games above .500. STL is currently 2 games above .500 with 10 to play, they would just have to go 6-4 to clinch.
There is still a chance, but...
(looks for the Monty Python scene before realizing it was a meme, finds it, then sees it was already added at the start of the thread, thx @MIGs Dog
I guess I’d rather increase our odds of Tocchet moving on by missing the playoffs. Making the playoffs would be more fun, but I fear it leads to a contract extension. It’s just not worth it.
What is the airspeed velocity of an unladen Jakob Chychrun?
This is probably the last playoff chase we’ll have the next 3-4 years. We got some dark days coming. I’m still hoping we make it
You know what? He's kind of European (according to wikipedia he's a dual American-Canadian citizen of Ukranian and Jewish descent). We should be able to figure this out
My guess is 13 kiloparsecs per minute.
Is that an American or Canadian Chychrun? What is the airspeed velocity of an unladen Jakob Chychrun?
I like our chances of competing after Bill has a chance to remake the roster with trades and cap space better than our chances of NOT getting slaughtered in the playoffs if we manage to squeak in.Central Division will be tough.
