Should be up to 3 assist in this game. Set up 3 players for point blank shots, he should be up further in the line up. But what do I know.

No matter what Geekie does, some people will never accept him on the Pastrnak line.

12 goals in his past 25 games and never sees the ice with the 1st PP unit. Imagine if they used him in the bumper with that shot instead of Elias Lindholm and his zero bumper position goals this season.

He's not a true top 6 forward. In an ideal world he's playing 3rd line and stepping up higher in a pinch. But he's doing all you could possibly ask for in the role he's currently filling, and that's all that matters. Also true that in a 32-team league, more and more top 6s feature players that don't belong there on pure ability. So a guy who can fill a role there and do a good job while saving some pennies is valuable.

Brady is nowhere near as good as Matt at sucking opponents into committing penalties. But he tries to be, and it usually just ends up going the other way. Rest of his team follows suit, it seems.

Brady’s actually the opposite, he gets suckered into taking stupid penalties. I remember him taking a really stupid one last year (I think) for stopping mid-play to chirp at Lauko while his team was down late.
