I could feel how badly he wanted that goal from my couch. It was a great play to turn the puck over and it would have put him in great shape to stay with the team.

It wouldn't have anything to do with him sticking with the team. He'll get the credit for the turnover. Him actually potting the goal isn't what would keep him up. Coaches aren't looking at the score sheet only.

IMO this is exactly the kind of game they've been bemoaning their inability to win for the past 5 seasons - close, matched, clawed into the lead and held it. Wasn't pretty, but it was done.

I was really bummed when NSH scored the 2-0 goal, which was disallowed. Starting thinking about selling at TDL again. Now; great feeling. Good depth with Raz, Veleno, Tarasenko, Kasper and Berggren.
