Our 5 on 5 play is brutal.
When the other team has possession in the 0-zone we constantly turtle in the middle of the ice and let them cycle to their hearts content.

When we have possession in the o-zone we're pressured non-stop and can't keep the puck for more than 5 seconds at a time.
