Yep. We cannot afford to have Nylander out of this game because he's playing with Tavares. Didn't the same thing happen to Marner?

It was a terrible mistake from Domi. He forced a pass into a player already 100% committed to the pass.

Tavares really should be used as a line that eats up minutes and occasionally scores and doesn't leak goals.

Nylander is being wasted on the wing of Tavares.

Also having 3 guys on 3 different lines for a chance to get goals is important too.

Robertson-Holmberg-Jankrok ain't getitng any goals meanwhile Nylander is IMO wasted on Tavares' wing

These next two periods need Sheldon to actually try here. Don't just run the lines because. This game will slip away from us if Keefe coaches like he normally does. Just put some effort in for two periods Sheldon.

0% chance Reaves can keep up... he's fine where he is, anywhere else and he will be out of place.

It is wild to give Reaves more ice time to get Tavares' down... not even close to the same player.

Don't mind the lineup you suggested, just keep Reaves to sub 10 mins on the 4th line

I think we’re better on the road specifically because he’s less able to coach so I hope he does as little as possible.

Nylander only plays part of the regular season. Come playoff time, he figures he's NOT paid enough !!!!

Exactly. Honestly, there are not many coaches in the NHL that would not see this. The fans can as well.

Keefe is too wedded to the PP lineup he's basically been using without adjustments for three years running. It's not balanced and it's been a long, long time since it's worked really well, but he pretty much refuses to change it (yeah, no Matthews means they had to make an adjustment, but the adjustment is simply sticking Domi in Matthews' spot like the PP was working and they just need a quick swap).
