Turned on the game with 10:00 to play in the 2nd, and it's been all Blues since. Have to go back to check the DVR later to see what all the early doom and gloom was about.
Tarasenko really impressed with some defensive plays in the little viewing time that I've had. Schwartz had a nice back-check, and Berglund and Stewart have looked good driving the net.
This is the Perron that I'm used to seeing. Great stick-work and vision, with aggressive penetration to the middle of the ice and push towards the net. Great stuff.
Hope Backes is alright. Not used to seeing him dazed like that.
