Wonder if that the same clown ref who gave the Pens 4 straight PPs plus in OT the other night?

There's an annoying trend of NHL players raising their arms when infractions happen assuming the refs are going to call a penalty...in the meantime, they stop skating for a fraction of a second, taking themselves out of the play. Really needs to stop. Zib just did that on the Kessel goal & Fox does it constantly.

It happened directly in front of the ref, what’s the justification for not calling it aside from game management? It wasn’t the rangers turn for a PP I guess.

I rather have Jake Leschyshyn over Gauthier. Smarter player better defensively and less of a liability

Yeah, it wasn't great. But Halak stopped like 5 or 6 golden chances in the first. He's a backup goalie playing a very solid game. I blame the ref more than Halak on that.
