i mean the avs have ridiculous top end skill but lack depth. the rangers have a lot of depth and lack top end skill. the results are pretty unsurprising so far. wouldve been nice for igor to have 1 of the 4

If they were to suck, they should have sucked like they did last year and go .500 over that stretch. There's just no excuse to fall off the face of the earth like that. Even with Trouba.

it’s an 82 game season. There’s gonna be stretches of bad play. Our stretch was particularly bad, but I’m hoping we got it out of the way now and can peak headed into the playoffs as a wildcard

That’s something that Trouba was proficient at I would say. His defense was always a much bigger issue.
