Brooks wrote the team played well last night (minus Eye-gor) for 40 minutes. I mean, I was there and I’m not sure I agree. Lots of shots but also lots of flaccid play, missed passes and overall lack of fire. Anywho, not sure what I’m doing about this one coming up.

It was a weak goal but they generated enough quality to win and gave up almost nothing.

Igor can't pitch a .250 save% on anything that is remotely dangerous. Goals 1 and 2 are inexcusable. 3 is probably stopped with better positioning too.

Mediocre? We’re pretty much the worst team in the league at the moment. We’ve just lost in regulation to LA who can’t beat anyone especially at home, and we lost in regulation to San Jose. We got wiped the floor with by a gimped Vegas team twice in a week. Only worse team than us right now is Anaheim maybe.

Also we’ve already gotten destroyed by Ottawa once this season
