I know it has been said but what a good deal with Danton Heinen.

I always thought he was a good player but for the $$$ what a steal.

I wasn't in favor of bringing him back. This was before Milan's domestic abuse incident. I wanted a new crew, preferably heavier and meaner.

Needless to say, that's not Danton's game.

But up to this point he's proven me wrong, and has been a versatile, solid addition to the Bruins. Particularly, as you note, for a modest sum.

What I want to see is how Heinen fares when it matters most, in the playoffs.

You weren't alone. I hated the idea and didn't want a "Monty binky" here but he's been anything but a binky. He's played like he's never played before. Put another name and number on him and you wouldn't know it's Danton.

I usually try to go to the B's games in Philly, it's a little over an hour from me. I never wear B's gear but the locals usually figure things out by my mannerisms.

We usually try and sit in the Loge when we are visitors. I don't mind fans knowing what team I am cheering for but don't behave like an asshole.

So far haven't had any real problem. Sometimes the other fans tease us, but it is in fun.
