Hart is ok, definitely seen worse (like today) maybe the off ice stuff is hurting the dressing room. Tells me they lack leadership and Torts can only yell so much before he’s tuned out.

That's true. Look at Sheshterkin in NY- Rangers rode the hell out of him. He's still very good but IMO he could have been truly elite if his workload was handled better.

They have zero leadership. Makes me so grateful for our core. I put the lack of leadership squarely on the front office. Torts is a great coach but he's not a magician,
