I get the feeling but I dunno about that.

It is annoying playing the Flyers who got handed Michkov 7th overall and then the Habs who got Demidov 5th overall. We never had those chances. We did well with what hand we were given but still.

On a sidenote, I'd be curious how often the lines run in practice end up being the ones primarily in the game that night. I'm too easily distracted to remember by the time the game starts.

Waiting on the post game day skate to see if Kane is a maintenance day item or if he is out, but generally Ansar is pretty good at the just not skating today notes, usually the game day skates lines in the morning are the lines that night.

Yes, the wings seem to play a completely different game when Kane is out...but that is not always a bad thing.

New contracts will be higher also. Glad we got Raymond, Larkin and Seider long term, Edvinsson will demand big and you need to get some good players. Our first line needs 2 players
