Bruins with 4 non-empty net goals. Great tip by Lettieri on shot going wide. Pasta bounces a shot off Sharks defender, going way wide. Coyle a perfect shot because it hits Shark player's stick. Coyle again when Sharks goalie knocks the puck in. Sharks score 3 of the 4 Bruins goals. Better to be lucky than good.

Poor games from Wotherspoon and Beecher.

Korpisalo came up big a few times.

Do the Bruins ever get possession of the puck once there's a battle on the boards?

Thanks to the refs for only calling one penalty on the B's.

Lohrei took advantage of Freddy's absence by putting up a +3, jumping ahead in their battle for worst plus/minus.

Spot on, and to make him look even worse the announcers, felt he was looking for an embellishment penalty to be called. I also might add again the announcer was wrong at the end of the game, claiming Marchand was barking that he was taken out, when he was behind the defender, Both Marchand and the announcer were off base on that.

They might be harming this kid more right now. Look at the kids the Sharks were puttin out there and it is different for them in the sense that they are not a good team ( not that the Bruins are) and let them get there feet wet, but there also a gap between them and Poitras talent and readiness for the NHL at this time. Please do not misinterpret what I am saying about this kid, I am pulling for him and not trying to say he will never make it, just too early to say right now, but I do know now is not the time..

I think a segment of fans think B's have an impact young player on the level of Lucas Raymond or Wyatt Johnston. He isn't on that level.

Korpisalo is such a weird goalie. He will make these spectacular saves and then let in absolute muffins. Not sure how it really went today, but that's what I've noticed this year.

Absolutely true and that's why Ottawa wanted to ditch him. Couldn't be relied on at key moments. He can be really good, but he can also whiff at any moment.

I still think they need to try to move him (Philly???), free the cap space and go with DiPietro. Swayman obviously for 60ish games a year.

Hopefully poitras stays in lineup now hes nhl material for sure. Kids only get better. Nice 2 assists today.

His first assist was a nice pass, but his second assist, his pass wasn't good as it was in Coyle's skate.

I think that was the first time I’ve ever felt completely confident with Lohrei taking the puck out of the zone. He stepped up big time in Mac’s absence.

I certainly don’t but he could be a very good player - legit top 9 smart player with offensive skills and a well rounded game

He has looked better and better ~ he should be 80-100% of the power play facilitator

San Jose is interesting and building something pretty good

Detroit won 7 in a row and San Jose went into Detroit last week and beat them 6-3

Any given game

Bruins are selfish last 30 seconds from a nice 4 game win streak but 7 out of 8 points

A player basically out of chances to make an impression in the NHL is sometimes a dangerous player that you can catch lightning in a bottle with. Generally wears off but sometimes you can get a couple good months out of them
