He seemed very confident in his abilities and was way more assertive before we drafted him, he just looks so uncomfortable all the time

He has zero acceleration and is easily swallowed up by some very mediocre defenseman. If you're gonna hug the boards and play super safe you gotta beat those guys. He just.... doesn't.
