Tippet may not be a great coach but he sure has squeezed blood out of a turnip with some of his teams. Kinda reminds me of Andy Murray in that regard. This current team has some good players though.

It's like against Ottawa. Pressure the Kings with the forecheck. Even Doughty has trouble with it, let alone the rest of the D. Then if they're not passing, and the legs aren't moving, that's the period they end up with.

The Kings walk a fine line. They're not quite fast enough, or quite individually talented enough, to overcome a bad passing night. They click as a unit, and they look bad as a unit.
