This is why having an ineffective PP hurts -- it means bad actors like a Tortella-coached team have no fear of being called for the penalties they commit on the ice, because they don't have to fear consequences. At all.

read it. Fraser breaks the play down literally frame by frame and describes what he sees. Santorelli doesn't initiate contact it doesn't happen. if you can't get past an expert analysis then take your homer glasses and go away
