This team ahs to be a 100% bubble team or better than that if 97 was gone all year. Are they? Maybe with an elite goalie.

They look alright against a top team without McDavid. If the Oilers had an elite goalie they’d be a playoff team even without McDavid. With McDavid and an elite goalie? Cup fave.

Nuge really really sucks

Never wants to be the guy to make a play. He can make a quick pass or shot on a scramble if it just lands right at his feet, but usually just lazy passes on the wall, not really changing anything about the other teams setup because he's always so slow and telegraphed. We really could do better on that left wall.

Believe it or not - most goaltenders in the NHL are NHL quality goaltenders.

Unfortunately for us - not all of them are.
