Not their worst period but they offer absolutely zero pressure on teams exiting their own zone or moving thru center ice. Winnipeg trivially gains the zone sooooooo much, and it’s not just a “this game” thing. They just aren’t hard to play against.

Yes as soon as the idiot NBA stops dragging its feet. It’s going to be Seattle and Vegas getting teams, though nothing official.

On a sad Sonics note, Gus Williams (aka the wizard) from their championship team passed away in the last day or so. He had a stroke about 5 years ago.

The guy was great and an entertaining player to watch.

RIP Wizard.

Ehlers is having the kind of career arc I guess I had hoped for Burakovsky...

-Offensively gifted, good skater with good hands who tilts the ice when the puck is on their stick
-Serious injury, upon return doesn't quite look the same
-Finds the mojo again a season later, returns to playing at a high level (Ehlers only)

Gotta say it's real nice to come into a game and not be down multiple goals. Thank god we have Daccord back. But to be fair there is no shot we're ever a playoff team with just these two goalies. Still glad to see us playing this game like we are though.

Also, we need an Adam Lowry yesterday.
