But what are they doing that is so differentfrom the winning streak? They just appear to be rattled collectively. They look scared. The type of lows they can get to need to be coached out of them. Your no show games can’t be this bad it’s demoralizing

This has happened for years now. When this team loses a game, rather then stopping the bleeding and playing hard, they go into a 6 game losing streak and feel sorry for themselves.

This has happened for years now. When this team loses a game, rather then stopping the bleeding and playing hard, they go into a 6 game losing streak and feel sorry for themselves.

I knew it was coming...part of me hoped this year was different, but then I remembered this team has been disappointing for a decade now.

They just aren’t prepared to play a hard fought game sometimes when the other team is feeling feisty. They basically forfeited these last two games once they became too hard. But down to a man. Just a comedy of errors. The kind of mistakes you make when your out there just trying not to get hurt

They absolutely need a different PK strategy. They're now 1 for 5 on the PK in the last 2 games. You can't win games with a 20% PK.

Worrying about the draft is far from a thing of the past. The winning streak will ironically turn out to be the worst possible thing for this team, unless you actually believe this a playoff team. We got hot with a new coach, and took advantage of some easy teams. Now, the real team is obviously showing themselves.

MBN is nothing special lol...like if you really think he's the piece this team needs to make us a contender, well I don't know what to tell you. Danielson isn't that player either.

I watch because I like the team. Winning is welcome after the last 8 or 9 years... I want them to try to make the playoffs. Will they make it? Going to watch and enjoy as much as I can and find out. MBN is really unknown to me but not every pick needs to be a 100 point center. Yzerman's first rounders have all been really good, Kasper is trending in that direction IMO... it would be nice to draft 1st overall if the Wings miss the playoffs, sure. I have more faith in them drafting studs wherever they draft, over the lottery not screwing the Wings again.

I watch because I like the team too, but clearly you have a hell of a lot more patience than me. After that tease of a winning streak, it really sucks watching them revert back to losing, and looking awful.

Kasper is not pushing this team towards being a contender, neither is MBN, neither is Danielson. That's probably our 3rd line in 2 years. None of those players have elite offense.

And you know all of this how exactly?

Well, for one, MBN has 5 goals, and Danielson has 4, in leagues that are MUCH worse than the NHL

Wings just have a bad D. Just tired of watching clowns like Holl and Chiarot keep screwing up. Hard to believe Stevie Y gets paid a lot of money and does nothing about it.
