LOL at Carrick leading this team offensively

Huge game. We would jump Flyers and Habs with a regulation win.
It won't be easy . We have to hold off the Hab forwards and keep them from swarming the net area......and with guys like we have on D it will be a task . I think our best chance is to score early and get ahead . I'd also advise Rempe to avoid Jac Ass and Andersson but if he can take a round out of Penzetta then go for it . The other two guys can both beat him and that is a moral victory for the Habs ,

It would be a great game for Lafreniere to get off his ass for a change and get involved .....hopefully his mom holds off on giving him treats until after the game .....he looks fat enough as it is . He has to go to the net and get into these scrums and shoving matches as do some other guys like Edstrom who is another bust this season so far[the odd rare game where he looks good]....he has to get more involved . Mika -Kreider-Panarin-Chytil-Smith won't....so somebody has to lead that crease charge .

The Rangers big guys need to go into Montreal and create havoc because the Canadiens are playing well right niw and we will get mogged with Quick in net if we dont stay close to them.

Laf needs to have a big game. His is in his hometown and his name is in trade rumors. Big boy pants time.

Gueesing we have to "root" for the Debbies as Ottawa is in front of us as well. Jeez, hate to succumb to that, still have hopes of being top 3 in division, but that would take some kind of streak.

Nah, there are a lot of games left. I doubt this one will be the difference in whether or not we make the playoffs. I'd rather just see the debbies lose.

I hope Sens saved some nasty play for today....it was at the highest level yesterday against the Bruins . There could be some sore bodies after the game today on both sides .....it would not hurt my feelings if somebody can get a piece of Meier at every chance...by far one of the sneakiest /dirtiest guys with skill playing .

Glad Lundqvist is not playing this game in Montreal.
I still remember Stepan skating back telling him to cool it....he was irate .

Even when we were at our lowest point in the season (or in years, really), I just can't get behind hoping for losses for better draft position when we're not mathematically eliminated. Yeah, this team would probably be better served long term if they nuked it, but I'd take a puncher's chance at making a run rather than punting a season at the halfway mark 10 times out of 10.

As irrational as it might be, Laf has somehow been the Rangers player that has irritated me the most these past couple months, even more than Kreider and Mika. He looks so lazy and comfortable — absolutely zero initiative, zero instinct to attack the net (especially on the PP, where he shows little interest in doing anything other than kicking the can along), constant soft passes through traffic, slow as ever (both on his feet and decision-making). Just doesn't inspire much faith in the future of this franchise, which is crushing.

Those Hank implosions in Montreal were legendary

Well he didn’t give up seven in a row after leading three zip.

Some French bread would be welcome on tonight’s menu.

The 4-1 system (4 on our blueline 1 guy on the red line) will be a treat to watch again.
Well, going with that 1-3-1 that we have been using forces our forwards to get back. Was getting tired of seeing 4 on 2 rushes against us.

I’m hoping for losses so this shit coach gets canned and this shit core gets blown up. The draft pick is just a bonus

That offseason Stepan gets traded.
It’s good to be King.
