I don't hate the hit, but there was clear head contact which should be some kind of penalty. But I think it was a generally clean attempt with some unfortunate head contact.

I think that's about right. Drops the shoulder, no elbow, doesn't leave his skates, no charging. Clean intent, but the head contact is there. Should probably have been 2.
