It’s just an impossible notion that the roster can be such poor skaters - Kreider, yes has aged, but was one of the top skaters in the league, Trochek was supposed to be fast, shifty and quick, Panarin was never speedy but shifty and with good acceleration, Zib was pretty speedy when he got here, Lindgren isn’t slow, Miller is a great skater. It’s realistically like this team practices nothing but meaningless PP drills where the D squad doesn’t try and the forward pat each other on the back while making dinner reservations.

I swear, at this age with work and a child and the price of Rangers tickets, if the product isn’t going to be entertaining (win or lose) more than 1:5 of games, I’m jumping ship after this year. We’re just so flawed and frustrating.

Kravy has looked like bambi defensively, much better with the puck on his stick
