It was extremely hard to be a good host last night after 11. lol. Pretty much everyone was gone though around midnight so, it's ok. The mood... not good, one of the "flatter" get togethers I've ever had, lol.

My best friend and my girlfriend's dad needed about 20 mins after the Lions loss to even speak. lol.

This was tough. Wings had more chances overall but the lapses were big and to credit Lightning they made no mistake given those opportunities. Forgetting how to play for 10 minutes to start the 2nd cannot happen if you are a serious team

This is all purely speculation on my part trying to figure out the Walman situation but I sort of wondered if his injury or mishandling of his rehab or whatever happened was a key factor in them getting rid of him. Because he went from "injured" to "unavailable" during a crucial stretch at the end of the season.

If the Wings have Walman for some of those games it significantly improves their chances of picking up an extra point and making the playoffs.

Mclellan has to find a way to get this team play better at even strength. We can't rely on PP to win us games
