in essence we’re missing an entire top 9 line with Blais Chytil Kakko out.

Everyone killed Drury for the term and length he gave Goodrow but holy shit that contract is already looking really good. Goodrow's ability to play up and down the lineup and actually produce makes the term acceptable. The fact that his career trajectory looks to be on the upswing could make the length really good for this team.

yep, but as long as Joey Keane doesnt turn in to a top-4, it was a good gamble. we traded from a place of abundance for something we lacked.
