Win for win's sake. They have nothing to lose; they aren't in position and would be a miracle for one of the top 4 to lose 8+ points against the 5th place team. Short Summer, then right back at it.

I just want the games to be meaningful for the kids as long as possible. Keep winning so there's still a chance for as long as possible. If we somehow make the playoffs fine, if we don't we don't. What matters is that games mean something for as long as possible.

Bitetto hasn't played in nearly two months but Hajek isn't getting any better either so this probably doesn't move the needle much

*Sees Hajek is scratched*

“ah finally Zac Jones is getting a.....”

*Scrolls down a bit more to see Bitetto is playing for Hajek*

“f***ing David Quinn :madfire:
Zac Jones is smaller than Jack Hughes. He's not playing this season imo. Especially against teams like NYI, BOS and WAS.

Here's a chart Panarin doesn't suck at for those of you who are into that kind of thing.

He’s the same size as Fox and DeAngelo, if anything this is the game to get him in considering they’ve beat the breaks off the Devils the last 3 games

For all the worry about Georgiev, he still has better numbers than Blackwood.

The third pair hasn't been good defensively. I don't think we fix it by inserting a rookie into his 1st pro game. If he's going to play this year, we should dress 11/7 and let him get some shifts based on how the game is going.

Size doesn't even matter all that much if you can skate and handle the puck. Samuel Girard is a midget for an NHL defensman, and a damn good one.
