I’m usually not won to whine about scheduling but MINN/COL back to back is dogshit by the League lolu

I get that scheduling is hard, but the Oilers and Avalanche is a feature game that would draw a feature audience.

It makes no sense to have the Oilers @ Wild broadcast nationally in the USA and Canada on a night where there are only two games only to have the Avalanche game the next night crammed between about 14 other games. Not only will there be fewer eyes, one of the teams will probably be half baked with it being 3 in 4 and second of back to back.

lmao this made me laugh

I’m me of those games I wonder if it would be better to just try to get through it without being embarrassed and save energy for Friday against our division. Back to back going up to Denver is gonna be tough

This feels like one of those games where the schedule is stacked against you. Wouldn’t be surprised if there’s a bit of a lackluster performance. Hopefully the team can pull a tough one out though. But if not I think it’s excusable.

We need to strategically plan so that we're ahead by one late in the third period. That way, the Avs will start the goalie pull five minutes early. That gives us the opportunity for THREE ENGs.

Don't expect McDavid to play this unfortunately
Why not?

If there was ever a scheduled loss....

Oilers win 4-1. Draisaitl scores 2 empty net goals.
Dude has trouble scoring one and you think he'll get TWO?

I was happy if they went 1-1 in these two games. Some trash scheduling. A loser point is even a victory to me

I'd rather beat the crap out of Vancouver lol.

How many pps will the refalanche get? It is so wild to me how they stay up there while we are a better possessions team.

Lots of bitching or whining. Edmonton is a vet team off a finals appearance and is almost dead last.
