This is the issue, quite frankly. Not the coaching staff. Different coaches and the results are identical except for faceoffs. And not even Chytil being healthy would solve it.

He can still change D pairings, demote players, change players on special teams, call timeouts when they are pinned, call a timeout to chew them a new one.
