In the replays the linesman at the blueline near the bench CLEARLY saw it was a high stick. He made the high stick motion then took it down quickly after the puck went into the net. Clear as day on the replay. You can see it easily here:

Their lack of calls have been the reason for the tied game, far as I'm concerned. Then add that to bad calls and the refs are running this game. Of course Kings lousy pp's aren't helping

The puck was hit with a high stick of Dallas, then touched quick, which waives off the high stick and Dallas scored. I believe it was a good goal according to the rules.
