And one area Jake has been extremely consistent this year is his effort. He has busted his ass out there 200 feet every night.

In the event, I am not calling for that kind of consistency. I simply mean that a player making X amount of money can and should be expected to produce Y.

Jake is not consistent in that way. The Bruins cannot wait around for half a season before he may or may not, get hot.

Power outages at the least opportune time, or whenever, since you never know what you're going to get from Jake, is not a good investment.

Again, I like jake, but that's not enough.
