Why is it that the Kings played Saturday and then not until Thursday while the Kraken played Saturday, then Monday and Tuesday then Thursday

Foegele looked like he went in ahead of the play at the blueline

Did J Forslund say the Oilers are a good team? They are inconsistent and their goaltending can suck badly

If you're drafting 14th overall like Holloway and he turns out to be a 4th liner or 3rd liner that means the scouts and development team are not doing their jobs, period!!!

Not sure I liked how Hakstol mixed the lines up. Sprong deserves to play top 9 with Schwartz out no ifs ands or buts!!!

Good Night Kraken Faithful, get some rest,Thursday will come quickly

He didn’t deserve it today. Easily his and the whole 4th line worst game. I didn’t like the chances either.

Not that it mattered much. Oilers where better.

It's because they've played about three or four more games than we have and at some point you've got to make up for that.

Overall not a good game and deserved loss.

Let's see if the boys can bounce back on Thursday against the Devils and on that five game home stand.

I get we are tired but we really need to win on Thursday. If we start going on a losing streak we'll start undoing the good progress of that awesome away streak.

So the Kraken play 5 games in 7 nights while the Kings played 2. That's piss poor scheduling if ever I saw one. Don't make excuses. After a great 7 road win streak the NHL wants to make them look bad by bagging them, sending them home for a game against TB then next night a road game in Edmonton! Its not Vancouver its Edmonton! f***!

I have to say I'm getting sick and tired of all the slashing Penalties. There should be an allowed number like Basketball...a penalty shot and Penalty on top of that! Or make slashing penalties 5 minutes majors and a game misconduct! And make minor penalties 3 minutes long to see how many penalties teams take. Its become a tactic now, like before take the good penalty

We'd probably have been better off to just stay on the road rather than bounce in and out of Seattle for a couple hours.

The legs are gone...
Can't blame the Kraken can you? Shitty schedule and back to back in another time zone smart move NHL

Funny seeing the main board and after two losses after a crazy schedule we are frauds again and falling back to earth. I hope we prove them wrong.

The schedules are done before the season and a lot of teams have bad stretches.
The Kings had played four more games meaning they had those stretches as well.

Overall we actually have one of the easier schedules in the league with probably the fewest back-to-backs, while also playing a lot of teams on the back end(after we had at least one night off) of a back-to-back after they just playd in Vancouver.

Funny seeing the main board and after two losses after a crazy schedule we are frauds again and falling back to earth. I hope we prove them wrong.

The main board, and other teams boards, are basically the same.

The started out with hahahhahahahaha,
then they went to, it's not sustainable/they'll fall off
after that it was, well they may make the playoffs
and then they said but they won't do anything in the playoffs.

At the end of the day we first got to prove we're a playoff team by actually qualifying.

But no matter what, that team has already proven (nearly)all of those folks wrong and that's probably the biggest problem there cause people don't like to admit they were wrong.

I mean, that's also why none of those guys who laughed at us for not taking those old guys with high cap hits and longterm contracts would ever admit they were wrong.

that was 2019-21.
I know when Holloway played at Wisconsin. In my opinion he should have stayed another year or two and Developed his skills in College rather than riding the pine and getting the occasional shift. Stupid Oilers haven't learned anything in 40 years. Just look at the track record of Edmonton's 1st rounders discarding 1979-1981 and McSaviour,Drasaitl,Nug! Its been crap, utter horseshit on a stick

Any word on Schwartz' status. Was he injured on that slash on the hand a few games ago. He was holding his fingers and looking at the Ref,blown call

Glad you’re not running the Oilers. They would be doomed. Holloway is better served in the NHL now. He will be a good power forward . Don’t know where ya been in 40 years, but there have been cup wins in that time. Sounds like u don’t like the Oilers

Congrats on your win and the Oilers seemingly turning things around, at least for now. With that said, if you don't mind, please return to your own board as this is borderline poor form and I'm being polite. Head to the main boards if you want to scrap with other team's fans, but get lost, no offense. Folks in here are nice, don't push it.
