I know hindsight is 20-20 and all that jazz, but when the game was 5-0 I was yelling at my TV for Torts to pull Hank. I understand that Hank has the competitive spirit that he does, but this was the perfect opportunity to essentially give Hank a night off.

so yeserday I was exhaustd beyond belief and basicaly missd the 3rd period of the game so we score a butt load ( caughtboth first periods when we sucked of COURSE)

I just disagree. It's possible that the Rangers wouldn't be in this same position without the early timeout, but there's no way to know. If the Rangers were already up by a goal after that icing, he could have saved it, but letting Buffalo score the first goal would have been a game-changer.
