If your goalie gives up a garbage goal like that then it's not because we find ways to blow great chances. Anyone on our team could have scored that goal given how Igor played it.

Also, if you want margin for error you have to play a different position. A bad goalie makes a save more than 9 times out of 10.

i wouldn't say garbage, but you certainly would want igor to have that. the comment was less about that goal and more about the bigger picture where we always think we're getting goalied. i have far fewer concerns about the goaltending than i do the amount of chances this team finds ways to not put into the net.

Both goals were awful but even when it's not your fault, elite goalies need to make tough saves like he just did.

The Rangers getting goalies is a relatively new thing. Igor has been garbage all f***ing season.

But you can't ALWAYS expect him to keep making save after save after save. When your team can't finish shit and the defense is absurdly bad, you can't fall onto always blaming the goalie because some off the garbage goals will go in.
