Drouin is gaining confidence and some form of the skill we know he has. Damn I hope he gets his career on track. From all accounts he is a great kid and we should all be rooting for him.
he will be very good playing with Slaf and Ylönen for the years to come

We do but it's hard not to look at the fact that he's in a contract year. Two or three months of good hockey on the contract he signed still doesn't cut it for me. Like I said last evening keep it up Drouin and you just might get a chance at some playoff hockey.

I prefer the new d-pairing with Savard and Edmundson split and playing with young guys that can move the puck. Its been very hard for Kovacevic lately, dont think he's much more than a D7 in a good team.

It would be fun to see him and MacKinnon reunited.

I swear each time I see Slaf play he looks more and more like KK. It's not exactly encouraging.

Hmm... different players, KK show great talent at his rookie year but Slafkovsky is a much better skater, better shot, better hands.

Slafkovsky progression is much more promising than KK. KK can still be a good top 6 one day, he have great stats in he his 11 last games.
