I will say Ehlers and Conner are an adventure in their end at times when on together. That is my biggest concern with thar trio. They really can get hemmed.

PLD and Connor are most likely to not come back on D before Ehlers has to.
Ehlers is the 1st in and the 1st back, he's awesome.

Cole Perfetti has become quite the playmaker and his passing has turned into a thing of beauty but Perfetti needs to shoot the puck more in order to maximize Winnipeg’s chances of scoring.

Yeah that is the one piece missing from his arsenal right now. When he gets his shot going he'll become a true dual threat.

That turnover is gonna be part of the clips they show them in the next team meeting. Absolutely boneheaded move that could have led to a gamebreaking event.

This isn't about back tracking this is about when the other team gets possesion in our end and when it turns into a board scrum. That trio in those situations has a hard time breaking it up and out of the zone.

Adam Lowry and Harkins together gave up only 3 goals at 5v5 in 115 mins icetime. Lowry and Kuhlman together have already given up 4 in just only 80 mins of icetime together. Lowry-Harkins also scored 7 and were a +4, Lowry-Kuhlman are a -3.

Sure but that was generally with complimentary players who were happy to do the grunt work and allow PLD and Conner to rub the show. Sometimes loading up on skill takes away from the skill of the other players if they see less of the puck.

Some skill players like Mark and Cole don't need to hold the puck for long to make plays and ay at their best. Others need a lot more of the puck to be at their best.

Also PLD trio has been just fine together and are still scoring a lot so no real issue.

I can see why the Coyotes system is frustrating to play against. They are quite good at it for the most part but to me the Jets talent is very evident
