The biggest stat I’ve always looked at going back to when the bruins won the cup is goal differential. I remember them having one of the best that season if not the best. It’s certainly not the only stat or feature to look at, bruins had a whopping 128+ in ‘23 (god f***ing damnit) but it’s a really important one


Tampa’s right now plus games in hand just tells me they’ll leap frog us on a matter of when not if


My highest hope this year is the bruins sneak into the playoffs, get hot at the right time, and just make it to the second round.

Tampa is about as legitimate a playoff team right now as people's claims Bigfoot exists. They've been a dumpster fire since the calendar turned but no one notices because there are bigger, brighter dumpster fires burning around it.

With how bad the East is realistically only like 5 teams are legitimate; Toronto, Florida, Jersey, Carolina and Washington.

I mean they're not a guaranteed loss, but they're definitely more legit than the Bs right now.

My son and girlfriend are at this game tonight. The last game they went to was game 7 against Toronto in Boston last spring.

Overall they don’t impress me that much , it’s more that the Bruins are terrible .
