I think it shows that team can win with any Goalie this year , pretty much the improvement we've made defensively. Forsberg played weel in those shootout he just sucked badly the rest of his games.

Hoping Leevi can keep his game on point in a true 50/50 tandem situation like we know Ullmark can from his time in Boston. Would be the best situation all around if we could recreate the Swayman/Ullmark dynamic.

Absolutely, but he has 2 shutouts in 3 games giving up only 2 goals. Will be interesting to see what Greener decides. I would keep him in to get another long streak going.

Sorry, I meant Forsberg has been inconsistent but he has had good games. No issue with Merilainen's game. He's positionally sound and calm the entire time he's been up here.

And Andrew Hammond played 27 of 31 games on that run. But I'm not sure you want to do that to your #1 goaltending prospect.

Funny you say that because my only comment on what he should improve after the first few games was his rebound control. He did do much better the last few games. A tandem of Ullmark and Merilainen for years to come would be awesome! So great to have another capable goalie we cam trust !
